When you lack motivation here are some steps to recharge your motivation.
How often do you find yourself in a motivational
decline? Life gets in our way and we find ourselves so busy that we put our priorities on hold. When life gets in the way you lack the motivation you need to succeed.
When it comes to finding a way to build back your motivation it starts with having the right behavior. We cannot help what life throws at us or control the state of affairs that we are in, but we can work towards having the right behavior when dealing with our affairs.
I find that when I work to help others I find myself being recharged with motivation
. When others are needing help and you step in to offer them a hand, this is a great way to churn up the motivation in your own life.

Start small and keep it simple.
I find that when people want to make a change in their life they jump in with both feet and aim for a goal that is unrealistic. When just starting out you need to keep your goal’s small and easy to achieve.
Want to become an avid reader, then don’t plan on reading a book a night. For me, I will read until my eyes get heavy and I then close the book and go to sleep. This could be three pages or maybe as much as two chapters. Over the years I have become an avid reader by keeping my reading time simple.
My wife wants to diet all the time, when she starts us on a new diet she will take everything in the pantry and freezer and give it away. She then goes on a spending spree for diet food. Then by the end of the week, she is ready to stop dieting and eat normal again. I try to encourage her to start off small but she is the type that wants immediate satisfaction with dieting and she jumps into the diet program with both feet, and each time she fails.
The key is to start off small and as simple as you can. You need to look at this as easy to do and the next thing it is easy to manage.
Keep positive people close in your relationship.
Keep negative people out of your circle of friends. Negative people
have one goal in mind and that is to make positive people negative.
Keep positive people close plus work on finding other positive people that you can add to your circle of friends. I am sure that your goal is to stay motivated and positive if so grasp this simple concept and it will help you to stay motivated.
Continue to gain knowledge.
In order to grow in life and stay motivated, you need to exercise your brain and keep it active. The best way to do this is by keeping motivational material and people in your sphere of influence.
All successful people never stop trying to gain as much knowledge that they can. The more you learn about business and life the more confidence you will have in yourself.
Look to find good in everything you do.
It is easy to find negativity everywhere you look. I try to find good even in the bad. Whenever I am about ready to explode over a situation I will stop and take a breath and think about the positive in the situation. We are wired to find negative but we need to learn to find the good in everything that we say and do.
How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.

Stop over analyzing
If you find it difficult to gain the motivation you need for a project, try setting it aside and not worry about it. By setting it aside and focusing on something totally different gives you a break from the project. When you find that your motivation is lacking this will cause you to get upset, worked up and cause your motivation to falter.
Getting all worked up and worrying is just a total waste of time and energy. Worrying is just a negative tool that steals your energy and motivation.
Journal your thoughts and emotions.
your thoughts and emotions will help when your motivation is at rock bottom. Throughout the day journal what type of emotions you are dealing with, what is happening at the time of each emotion, and any thoughts that may be going through your brain at this time.
During your journaling, you will probably see a correlation between your emotions, thoughts and motivation levels. This should shine some light on when your motivation is at rock bottom to your emotions being low.
Look to find out what is causing you to be at a low point in your emotions and turn this around in order to gain back your motivation.
By keeping a journal of your motivation triggers, you’re emotional triggers and your thought life you will be able to track how well you are doing with staying motivated. As you watch over time how well you are doing, you will be able to focus more on staying motivated and keeping yourself free of emotional distractions.
Mentor others to get motivated.
Share with others what you have gained through this lesson. Find someone that you can mentor
, share your successes with them in order for them to grow to help others.
What goes around comes back around.
When you see the person that you are mentoring be successful, this should help keep your momentum going and keep you motivated as well.
